Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at contact@tinytastebudz.com to obtain a return shipping label.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in transit. If you change your mind after your order has shipped, you must wait until the package is delivered before initiating a return.

Returns & Restocking Fee
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Mid-Delivery Refusals / Change of Mind
If a customer refuses delivery or requests a return while the package is in transit due to a change of mind:

The order will be treated as a return
A 25% restocking fee will apply

Return Process

Customer must contact us to request a return authorization
We will provide a return shipping label
Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Refunds
Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected. The refund amount will be:

Original purchase price
Minus 25% restocking fee

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

STORE CREDIT

Store credit may be issued at the customer’s request or at our discretion in place of a refund.

Store credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Once store credit is issued and accepted, the original transaction is considered resolved and final, and no additional refunds will be permitted for that order.
